Glass Prompt
A prompt typed into a pane of glass, and a dive through its send button into the ring of pictures it asked for.
How it moves
A glass pill floats over rolling hills and the request types itself in; an arrow pops in at its end. The shot cuts in close on the arrow with the hills gone soft behind the glass, a pointer rises to it and presses, and the pane rolls and rushes the lens — the arrow swelling into a band of light, the glass washing out to white — until the camera is through it and nine pictures fan out of the arrow's middle into a ring, each one developing out of a blue negative into its own colours as the ring comes round. Replayed from a 4.1s screen recording measured frame by frame: the camera is an affine per frame, the roll a similarity fitted on the pill's own edges, the glass a fixed window onto a small copy of the backdrop, and every tile tracked from its final rect.
