Word Montage
Photos gathering round a line that keeps changing its mind, then collapsing into the sentence it was building to.
How it moves
Seven pictures arrive in four clusters round "Your ___" as the word cycles, each sliding the last few pixels into place while its colour develops out of a two-tone print; then every picture drains back through the same inks and falls toward the middle, the page cuts to night and the ending types itself word by word behind paper slugs. The colour is one shared grade timeline — a 17-point curve per channel on the picture's own luminance plus some of the picture — fitted over all seven photos and drawn as an SVG filter so any image goes through it; the exit is rigid, each photo scaling about its own centre while its centre runs a straight line, fitted to 677 edges at 0.14px, with motion blur of 0.14 of a frame's travel. Built frame by frame against a screen recording: 2.0 of 255 mean per pixel over all 113 frames.
